Focus on Stars has Signed on as a 2026 Sponsor
We are honored to announce that Focus on Stars will be joining us at the Nightscaper Photo Conference!
The Nightscaper Photo Conference is excited to announce that Focus on Stars is joining as as sponsor of the 2026 event, to be held in Farmington, New Mexico, May 14-17, 2026.
Focus on Stars will join other sponsors for the conference to share in the mission of showcasing products and services that help attendees become better night photographers.
Focusing accurately on the night sky is always the first and one of the biggest challenges to this day! In its absence, fine details disappear from the image, while lens aberrations (such as coma and chromatic aberration) are visibly amplified. Gabor Takacs solved this problem by creating Focus on Stars filters, an improvement on traditional Bahtinov masks to make them work better with the wide-angle lenses used more frequently in night photography.
Focus on Stars will be offering three of its products as giveaways at the conference.
