Mary’s Kitchen Announced as Caterer for Nightscaper: Four Corners
Local restaurant Mary’s Kitchen to provide four lunches and opening night dinner for the 2026 conference.
The Nightscaper Photo Conference is excited to announce that Mary’s Kitchen, based at San Juan College in Farmington, New Mexico, will cater all the attendee meals at the 2026 event in Four Corners.
The lunch menus will include a variety of salads, sandwiches and wraps. The opening night dinner will comprise bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin with green chile, grilled herb chicken with green chile, chipotle lime quinoa stuffed portobello, roasted red potatoes and calabacitas, with chocolate brownies and cheesecake bars for dessert.
Located in the Learning Commons at San Juan College, Mary’s Kitchen offers fresh, made-to-order meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a welcoming space for students, faculty and staff.
